WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – Rams head coach Sean McVay on Monday specified wide receiver Demarcus Robinson's hand injury as a "hand avulsion," but the injury isn't expected to impact Robinson's availability for Sunday's Week 14 home game against the Bills (1:25 p.m. PT, FOX).
"We'll just kind of have to protect that and pad it, but he should be good to go," McVay said.
Robinson finished with two receptions for 49 yards and a touchdown in the Rams' 21-14 win over the Saints.
McVay also said quarterback Matthew Stafford had "a little lateral ankle sprain," but it's "nothing that's going to change his weekly rhythm as far as practice, stuff like that." McVay also said that Stafford "should be good to go" for Sunday's game.
Stafford appeared to sustain the injury in the second quarter of this past Sunday's game against the Saints. Although he initially limped after the play – being taken down while throwing an incomplete pass – he was able to finish the game and throw a pair of second-half touchdowns in the win.
