The 2025 NFL Draft may be just under three months away, but draft conversation is back in full swing with the college all-star circuit underway, featuring events like the East-West Shrine Bowl and Senior Bowl.
The Rams are currently scheduled to pick 26th overall in this year's draft. Here's a look at some of the early projections from various experts:
Dane Brugler, The Athletic: Oregon OT Josh Conerly (pictured above)
Listed at 6-foot-4 and 315 pounds on his school bio, Conerly was a two-year started for the Ducks who didn't allow a pressure in 10 of Oregon's final 12 games, according to Pro Football Focus.
Daniel Jeremiah, NFL Network: Conerly
Jeremiah also has the Rams going for the Oregon product.
Bucky Brooks, NFL Network: Ohio State OT Josh Simmons
Similar to other analysts, Brooks suggests reinforcing protection for quarterback Matthew Stafford if he and the Rams move forward together. Listed at 6-5 and 310 pounds, Simmons suffered a season-ending left knee injury in the first half of the Buckeyes' loss to Oregon on Oct. 12. He had started at left tackle in all six of Ohio State's games prior to the injury.
Overall, Simmons was a three-year starter in college, spending his first two years at San Diego State, redshirting for the Aztecs in 2021 before becoming its starting right tackle in 2022. Upon transferring to Ohio State ahead of the 2023 season, he started 13 games at left tackle.
Mel Kiper Jr., ESPN: **Conerly**
Kiper also has the Rams going for the Oregon product.
Keith Sanchez, The Draft Network: Georgia S Malaki Starks
The 6-1, 205-pound Starks was widely recognized as an All-American for his 2024 performance, garnering First Team distinction from the AFCA and FWWA and Second Team recognition from The Athletic and Walter Camp.
He had 77 total tackles, three pass breakups and one interception in 14 games for the Bulldogs last fall.
Chris Trapasso, CBS Sports: Missouri OT Armand Membou
Another nod to the offensive line, with Trapasso viewing Membou as a potential successor to Rob Havenstein. The 6-3, 325-pound Membou was a two-year starter for the Tigers with 30 career starts at right tackle, per his Bleacher Report scouting report, and is coming off an Associated Press Second Team All-SEC performance in 2024.
