VAN NUYS, Calif. – The Rams have traded up for a third time on Day 3 of the 2025 NFL Draft, sending the 201st and 202nd overall picks to the Vikings in exchange for the 172nd overall pick.
The Rams' current remaining Day 3 2025 pick allotment looks like this following the trade:
- Round 6: No. 172 overall (from Minnesota Vikings)
- Round 7: No. 242 overall (from Atlanta Falcons)
