VAN NUYS, Calif. – The Rams have traded up in the 2025 NFL Draft, sending the 195th overall pick and a 2026 fourth-round pick to the Bears in exchange for the 148th overall pick.
The Rams' current remaining Day 3 2025 pick allotment looks like this following the trade:
- Round 5: No. 148 overall
- Round 6: No. 201 overall
- Round 6: No. 202 overall (from Chicago Bears in Jonah Jackson trade)
- Round 7: No. 242 overall (from Atlanta Falcons)
