Zuerlein active, Havenstein inactive for Rams-49ers

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein (right quad) is officially active for Saturday's game against the 49ers after entering the contest as questionable according to the final injury report.

For the 49ers, starting right guard Mike Person (neck) is active after also entering Saturday's game as questionable per the final injury report.

Below are the inactives for both teams.
