McVay: Havenstein "making good progress," Everett day-to-day

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – Rams head coach Sean McVay said RT Rob Havenstein (knee) is "making good progress" and there's a chance he will play Sunday against the Cardinals in Arizona. However, his status for Sunday hasn't been officially decided yet.

"We'll have a little bit more of an update as the week progresses," McVay said.

Rookie Bobby Evans has been filling at that spot on the offensive line during Havenstein's absence. McVay said Havenstein would start this week "if he's ready to go."

McVay also said TE Gerald Everett "might have tweaked his knee a little bit" against the Ravens Monday night and is considered day-to-day. McVay said Everett's knee buckled on a blocking assignment during the game.

Outside of Everett, McVay had no other injuries to report from Monday's contest.

"It seemed like we came out of the game pretty clean," McVay said.
