The Rams will visit the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium on Sunday in a Week 16 showdown. The two teams last met in Week 15 of the 2020 season on Dec. 20, a 23-20 Rams loss at home. Then-Rams quarterback Jared Goff threw for 209 yards, two touchdowns and an interception and tight end Tyler Higbee led the team in receiving yards with 67 on four catches, including a touchdown. Defensive ends Samson Ebukam and Morgan Fox both collected sacks while linebacker Troy Reeder tallied 11 tackles and a pass defended. Then-Jets quarterback Sam Darnold threw for 207 yards and a touchdown.
Kickoff for Sunday's game is scheduled for 10 a.m. pacific time, airing on CBS.
