The Los Angeles Rams will host the Green Bay Packers for their Week 5 'Crucial Catch' matchup, presented by Cedars-Sinai, on Sunday, October 6 at 1:25 p.m. PT. Entering its 16th season, the National Football League’s Crucial Catch is a year-round initiative that supports the American Cancer Society (ACS) and addresses early detection and risk reduction for many types of cancers. As part of the mission, the Rams' gameday at SoFi Stadium will feature on-field and in-stadium Crucial Catch elements and special moments to honor cancer fighters and survivors.

Rams & Cedars-Sinai Celebrate Cancer Fighters & Survivors on Gameday
- Halftime Performance: American singer-songwriter and record producer Andy Grammer will perform his hit song "Don't Give Up on Me" for fans at halftime. The performance will feature a special "Fighters and Survivors" moment with names featured on the Infinity Board.
- Crucial Catch Captain Recognition: The Rams will recognize their Crucial Catch Captains on the field pregame at 1:00 p.m. PT. Leading up to the matchup, Rams Legends Chris Draft, Brandyn Harvey, Torry Holt and Joe Sweet, along with members of the 2024 rookie class, made visits to surprise 12 local cancer fighters and survivors as Crucial Catch Captains where each honoree received a personalized Rams jersey.
- Halftime Bell Ringing: Five Cedars-Sinai patients will 'ring the bell' on the field during halftime to celebrate their remission from cancer.
- Rams Legends Autographs & Photo Opp for Fighters and Survivors: From 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. PT Season Ticket Members can visit YouTube Theater for a poster station featuring signing from Rams Legends, a photo booth and an exclusive co-branded Cedars-Sinai and Rams clear tote bag.
- Torry Holt x Cedars-Sinai Crucial Catch Piece: At halftime fans can view a video showcasing the story of TORRY HOLT, who has a special friendship with a local cancer fighter and Cedars-Sinai patient, Ashley Porter. Holt lost his mom to cancer and started The Holt Brothers Foundation to support children of parents facing cancer. Holt and Porter will be reunited on the field following the screening of the video.
- Cedars-Sinai Zone: Fans can visit Cedars-Sinai Zones on Level 8 North, Level 8 South and Level 6 North to fill out dedication cards for cancer fighters or survivors in their lives.
- Gameday Giveaway: Fans will receive a Crucial Catch dedication poster when they enter SoFi Stadium. Posters will be available from 11:00 a.m. PT to halftime.
Rams Gameday to Feature Special Guests and Performances
- National Anthem: American singer-songwriter and producer Martin Johnson of Boys Like Girls will perform the national anthem and the American Legion Auxiliary Jackie Robinson Unit 252 will present the colors. Over 100 Season Ticket Members will hold an 80-yard American flag on the field during the anthem.
- Rampede Captain: Andy Grammer will get fans on their feet and kick off the game as the honorary Rampede Captain.
- Legend of the Game: Torry Holt will be recognized on the field during the first quarter as the Legend of the Game. In 10 seasons with the Rams, Holt appeared in 158 games (146 starts) and registered 869 receptions for 12,660 yards and 74 touchdowns. The 2022 Hall of Fame Finalist was a 7-time Pro Bowl selection and a First Team All-Pro in 2003. Holt's 921 career receptions rank 21st all-time in NFL history, while his 13,383 yards currently ranks 16th all-time.
- Military Hero of the Game: Major William "Monsoon" Mimiaga will be recognized during the second quarter as the Military Hero of the Game. Mimiaga began his military journey in 1964 and served for 31 years, completing two tours in Vietnam and serving in the Gulf War. He retired as a Major in 1994. He now serves as the President of the 1st Marine Division, Southern California Chapter, as well as the President Emeritus for the Vietnam Veterans of Orange County Chapter 785. He has also been an outstanding teacher with inner-city students for the last 23 years, having been recognized by the California State Senate for outstanding teaching, and is a two-time California Teacher of the Year.
- Rams RISE to Vote: The Rams will have voter registration booths located in Lower American Airlines Plaza and at the 6 North concourse to encourage all members of the NFL family to register to vote. Fans can register to vote from 11:00 a.m. – 1:25 p.m. PT on gameday. Fans also can register to vote and get "vote ready" by visiting therams.com/vote.
Exclusive Merchandise Available for Purchase in the Equipment Room
- To celebrate Latino Heritage Month and as part of the team's Vamos Rams efforts, the Rams commissioned iconic LA artist Mister Cartoon to create the Vamos Rams Player Series, a limited collection of player name and number t-shirts. The collection features Mister Cartoon's signature hand-drawn, intricately detailed designs, inspired by LA culture. The collection will be available at SoFi Stadium on Oct. 6 in the Equipment Room team store on Level 4 and online at ramsfanshop.com.
- Fans also can purchase Crucial Catch gear in the Equipment Room. The NFL donates 100% of its proceeds from Crucial Catch merchandise to the American Cancer Society to provide cancer screenings and resources to underserved communities.
- The Equipment Room also will have exclusive match-up products including a Rams vs. Packers commemorative ticket, match-up t-shirt, hoodies and pins for purchase.
American Airlines Plaza to Feature Activations for Fans
- Early Entry Special: There will be early entry $5 beer specials at the Bud Light Backyard in Upper American Airlines Plaza starting at 11:00 a.m. and available while supplies lasts. Fans also can play tailgate games and win prizes.
- Activities for Fans: Rams Ramp'd Up area, the Button Bar, Football Toss presented by Ball and more will be available to fans in Upper American Airlines Plaza from the time gates open through kickoff. Visit www.therams.com/game-day/pregame-activities to learn more about pregame activities.
- Rams Football Academy: Fans can visit the Rams Football Academy booth in upper American Airlines Plaza from 11:00 a.m. - 1:25 p.m. PT to learn about the exciting youth program and sign up for exclusive benefits and merchandise.
- Rams Land Kids Zone: Fans can enjoy a soft play area with a slide and foam pit, a tumbling space, a Rams House reading nook, a kids-edition bench press and a vertical leap in Upper American Airlines Plaza from the time entries open through halftime. Kids of all ages can meet Rampage 15 minutes after gates open.
