Know Before You Go: Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals at SoFi Stadium

The Los Angeles Rams will host the Arizona Cardinals for their Week 17 Saturday Night Football matchup on Saturday, December 28 at 5:00 p.m. PT. The game will be broadcast nationally on NFL Network, locally on KCBS, as well as broadcast on local radio on ESPN LA 710 and simulcast on JACK FM.

As a special holiday gift, the matchup against the Cardinals will feature a halftime performance by Long Beach-natives and reggae-punk/alternative rock trio SUBLIME, so fans will get to enjoy Santeria days after Santa. All fans in attendance will receive a Rams Royal rally towel upon entry and are encouraged to "Rep the Royal" as the team will be wearing their royal jerseys. Additionally, fans in attendance will receive a six-can Rams cooler upon exit. Season Ticket Members will double their usual merchandise discount and receive 30% off Rams gear.

Rams to Celebrate Holiday Season on Gameday

  • Rams House For The Holidays: Through the Rams House for the Holidays program, Rams season ticket members are able to select specific nonprofits to donate their tickets if they are not able to attend the team's final two regular season games at SoFi Stadium. Rams partners supporting the program include EA SPORTS Madden, SUGARED + BRONZED, The Parking Spot, Baxter of California, American Airlines, Albertsons/Vons/Pavilions (AVP), El Torito, and Johnny Walker.   • True Classic Surprise and Delight: Rams superfan, nine-year old, Brucer Ballard Colell and his family tragically lost their home to the recent Camarillo, CA fires. Leading up to the Rams-Cardinals matchup, the team, in partnership with True Classic, surprised the family with tickets to the game and daily necessity items such as shoes, bed sheets, Christmas toys, and more. The Rams and True Classic will continue to support the family as they recover from the tragedy.
  • Feliz Navidad performance presented by Corona: Social media influencer Leo González will perform the holiday hit 'Feliz Navidad' with the Mariachi Rams at the end of the first quarter.
  • Holiday Photo Opportunity: Fans can visit Upper American Airlines Plaza from 3:00 p.m. until halftime to take holiday photos with the family.

Rams Gameday to Feature Additional In-stadium Highlights for Fans to Enjoy

  • Halftime Performance: Long Beach, California natives and reggae rock group SUBLIME will perform for fans at halftime.
  • National Anthem: World renowned Saxophonist Mike Phillips will perform the national anthem. The Los Angeles Police Department Honor Guard will present the colors and members of Royal High School and their families will hold an 80-yard American flag during the anthem.
  • Pregame Performance: Nearly 300 Rams Junior Cheerleaders will take the field alongside the Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders to perform a four-minute routine during pregame at 4:35 p.m. PT. The coed Los Angeles Rams Junior Cheerleading program is designed to promote self-confidence, pride, commitment and discipline among youth (ages 5-14) by giving them an opportunity to perform in front of thousands of fans.
  • Military Hero of the Game: Master Gunnery Sergeant Shawn Hughes will be recognized during an on-field moment in the third quarter. Hughes enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in March 1997, completing recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, California. Hughes currently serves as 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit Operations Chief in Camp Pendleton, California. Hughes has been deployed worldwide to include several combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, along with operations in Africa and was stationed in Europe for three years. He recently returned from his last deployment and will be retiring in June 2025, in which he will have served over 28 years in the Marine Corps. He is married to Kyp and has two children, Sierra and Chance and has four grandchildren.
  • Legend of the Game: Hall of Fame offensive tackle Jackie Slater will be recognized on the field during the first quarter as the Legend of the Game. In 20 seasons with the Rams, Slater appeared in 259 games (211 starts). The Pro Football Hall-of-Famer was a seven-time Pro-Bowler and earned four Second-team All-Pro selections.
  • Girls Flag Football Coach of the Year: As a part of gameday, the Rams will surprise three inaugural Girls Flag Coach of the Year winners. Amy Campbell from Ruben S. Ayala High School (CIF Southern Section), Yancy Alvarenga from Panorama High School (CIF Los Angeles) and Eric Trieu from Mira Mesa High School (CIF San Diego) all will be recognized in-game and receive a financial donation. In the second year of girls flag football being a sanctioned CIF sport, the Rams are committed to celebrating and highlighting the leaders who are not only coaching but making a positive impact in their communities. The team has invested over $40,000 to their Coach of the Year program this year.
  • Gary Young Fan of the Year: Los Angeles Rams 2024 Fan of the Year nominee Gary Young will be recognized on the field pregame and reveal his recent tattoo inspired by the Rams. Young is co-founder and President of the Rams Booster Club and currently works as a sheet metal worker. Young spent two years helping build SoFi Stadium, where his signature is on one of the beams. Gary will be attending Superbowl LIX in New Orleans, where the selected winner of the NFL Fan of the Year will be announced. Fans can support their favorite nominee by voting online at NFL.com/fanoftheyear until polls close at 11:59 p.m. ET on Feb. 5, 2025.
  • STM Merchandise Discount: Rams Season Ticket Members can receive a 30% discount at all merchandise locations by showing their Member ID.
  • Gameday Giveaway: In addition to the exclusive Rams Royal rally towel fans will receive upon entry through the first quarter, fans in attendance also will receive a six-can Rams cooler upon exit, starting in the fourth quarter, while supplies last.

American Airlines Plaza to Feature Pregame Activities for Fans

  • Early Entry Special: There will be early entry $5 beer specials at the Bud Light Backyard in Upper American Airlines Plaza starting at 3:00 p.m. and running until at least 4:00 p.m. Fans also can play tailgate games and win prizes.
  • Activities for Fans: Rams Ramp'd Up area, the Button Bar, Football Toss presented by Ball and more will be available to fans in Upper American Airlines Plaza from the time gates open through kickoff. Visit www.therams.com/game-day/pregame-activities to learn more about pregame activities.
  • Rams Football Academy: Fans can visit the Rams Football Academy booth in upper American Airlines Plaza from 3:00 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. PT to learn about the exciting youth program and sign up for exclusive benefits and merchandise.
  • Rams Land Kids Zone: Fans can enjoy a soft play area with a slide and foam pit, a tumbling space, a Rams House reading nook, a kids-edition bench press and a vertical leap in Upper American Airlines Plaza from the time entries open through halftime. Kids of all ages can meet Rampage 15 minutes after gates open.
