Murray's return has produced some competitive, nail-biting games for the Cardinals, and the Rams shouldn't expect any differently come Sunday.
Next to limiting Murray, keeping running back James Conner contained is likely next on the defensive priority list for Los Angeles.
Conner was sidelined due to injury in the first meeting between the two teams, but had 21 carries for 69 yards and two touchdowns the last time he played the Rams (Week 10 of 2022 season).
The Cardinals allow the seventh-most rushing yards per game in the NFL entering Week 12 at 132.1. Taking advantage of that with an efficient run game would not only help the Rams offense stay on schedule, but also help protect quarterback Matthew Stafford.
