NFL Career:

Has appeared in 29 games (10 starts) and recorded 58 tackles (36 solo), nine pass breakups, 11 passes defended, 1.0 sack, four pressures, one defensive touchdown, one tackle for loss, three quarterback hits, one hurry, and three interceptions.
Started in the Wild Card Round matchup against the Detroit Lions during the 2023 season and notched four tackles (three solo).
Played in 13 games with one start as a rookie in 2022. Made his NFL debut on special teams in Week 1 against Buffalo.
Led the NFL in interception return yards as a rookie (151).
In Week 2 against the Atlanta Falcons, Durant became the first Rams rookie, and eighth player in NFL history, to record a sack and interception in the same game within their first two NFL games.
Recorded his first career start in Week 15 against Green Bay in 2022.
Was voted as the 2022 Carroll Rosenbloom Memorial Award winner by Rams players, honoring the team's rookie of the year.

College: After his high school graduation, Durant spent a year at Palmetto Prep Academy before he walked on to South Carolina State in 2018. Not too long into his collegiate career, Durant received a scholarship to play as a Bulldog and saw playing time in his first season. He became a permanent starter during the 2019 season and was selected Second-Team AllMEAC. In his 2021 season, Durant was a First-Team Associated Press FCS All-American selection. He led his team with three interceptions and twelve pass breakups while making 12 starts in his last season as a Bulldog. Overall, he accumulated 38 total tackles and capped the season off with a Cricket Celebration Bowl Dennis Thomas Defensive MVP recognition in a win over Jackson state.

Personal: Cobie Durant was born on February 9, 1998. Durant's passion for football originated from his cousins Markee, Marquais, and Michael Hamlin. Michael Hamlin was drafted in 2009 by the Dallas Cowboys as a fifth-round pick. Durant was a multi-sport athlete at Lamar High School, playing football, baseball, basketball, and track.
