The Los Angeles Rams selected Miami (Ohio) kicker Samuel Sloman with the No. 248 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
A second-team All-MAC selection, Sloman converted 26-of-30 field goal attempts for an 86.7 percent accuracy, include 4 of 5 on attempts of 50 yards or more. He was a perfect 34-for-34 on extra point tries and had 52 touchbacks on 75 kickoffs.
Sloman originally earned Miami (Ohio)'s starting job as a sophomore and went on to win its Special Teams Player of the Year award after making 12-of-16 field goal attempts and 35-of-36 extra point attempts. He also had 52 touchbacks on 75 kickoffs that year.
