Los Angeles Rams players and coaches will bring awareness to off-the-field causes and nonprofit organizations they are most passionate about as part of the NFL's My Cause My Cleats campaign when the team hosts the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, December 8 at SoFi Stadium.
Launched in 2016, the initiative allows players to use their platforms, both on and off the field, to advocate for causes important to them while celebrating the positive impact the NFL Family makes in communities across the world. This season, more than 1,400 participants— players, coaches, Legends and staff— are highlighting relevant issues and nonprofit organizations on their cleats during games in Week 13 and 14 of the season.
Below are the Rams players and coaches participating in this year's My Cause My Cleats campaign, and the causes/organizations they support:

AxeALS was founded by Eric and his wife, Amanda Stevens, after Eric was diagnosed with ALS at 29 years old in 2019. During his 16-year tenure at University of California at Berkeley, Gould coached Eric from 2008-2012. |
Davis Allen | Tunnel to Towers Foundation | The Tunnel to Towers Foundation (Fallen First Responder and Gold Star Family Home Programs) honors and supports United States Military and first responders. The Foundation created the Gold Star Family Home Program, specifically designed to provide a mortgage-free home to surviving spouses with young children and the Fallen First Responder Home Program aims to pay off the mortgages of fallen law enforcement officers and firefighters who lose their lives in the line of duty, or to 9/11 related illness, and leave behind young children. |
Tutu Atwell | Colon Cancer – American Cancer Society | Atwell will support colon cancer awareness in honor of his grandfather who lost his battle with this disease. The American Cancer Society is improving the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. Atwell hopes to honor his grandfather and inspire others to take action in the fight against colon cancer. |

Bobby Brown III | MEN’S X MENTAL, INC. | MEN’S X MENTAL, INC. is a non-profit striving to break down the barriers and stigmas surrounding the mental health of male athletes and all survivors. They aim to normalize the importance of mental health within their athletes. |
Kam Curl | The RightWay Foundation | The RightWay Foundation provides foster youth who are aging out of the foster care system with the resources they need to thrive and build a better tomorrow, grounded in mental health, launched by supportive housing, and solidified through employment and community. Kurl is representing the cause in support of the Black community, working toward change and empowerment. |
Tyler Davis | The Kids Mental Health Foundation | The Kids Mental Health Foundation is a nonprofit providing free resources to empower grown-ups with the skills to help children's mental health. The Kids Mental Health Foundation is the leading organization promoting mental health for children in the United States. |
Kevin Dotson | Japan American Football Association | The Japan American Football Association is the governing body of Gridiron Football in Japan which oversees middle school, high school, collegiate, club, and even corporate teams. Since 1984, the JAFA has organized and sponsored the Rice Bowl, a championship game played between the college national champion and the X-League champion. It also organizes the Japan national American football teams. |
Cobie Durant | Sickle Cell Disease Foundation | The Sickle Cell Disease Foundation’s mission is to build a world where individuals with Sickle Cell Disease get the care and compassion they deserve. They are the first and oldest non-profit, social service, sickle cell disease organization in the United States today. |
Ethan Evans | American Chronic Pain Association | The American Chronic Pain Association is a nonprofit that facilitates peer support, education, hope, and motivation for individuals living with pain and those treating pain conditions. Their vision is to motivate those with pain conditions to seek quality care, to optimize healthcare office visits, and to prevent chronic disease. Evans is supporting the cause in honor of his mother. |
Neville Gallimore | The Children's Heart Foundation | The Children's Heart Foundation was founded in 1996 and is the country's leading organization solely dedicated to funding congenital heart defect (CHD) research. Their mission is to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects by funding the most promising research. Gallimore and his wife recently had a baby born with a CHD and he is supporting the cause to raise awareness for children just like his own. |
Jimmy Garoppolo | K9s for Warriors | Determined to end Veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly trained Service Dogs to military Veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs being rescues, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery. |
Rob Havenstein | All Within My Hands Foundation (AWMH) | In 2017, Metallica announced the formation of All Within My Hands (AWMH). The Foundation aims to assist and enrich the lives of members of the communities who have supported the band for years, as well as encourage participation from fans and friends. All funds raised are donated to a cross-section of national and local charities, all donations go directly to AWMH’s charity partners. |
Michael Hoecht | Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Centers | Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center, a non-profit organization located in Echo Park, has been serving the Greater Los Angeles area since 1953. Their qualified healthcare professionals treat all mental health conditions and provide services for children, adolescents, transitional aged youth and adults. They offer quality mental health treatment to all individuals, whether funded or non-funded. |
Brennan Jackson | Synovial Sarcoma Foundation (SFA) | SFA’s mission is to improve outcomes for people diagnosed with sarcoma to increase the number of survivors with funding and advancing research and advocating for public policies that benefit all sarcoma patients. Jackson’s cousin Nicole passed away from synovial sarcoma and he wants to raise awareness for the rare type of cancer. |
Nikola Kalinic | Novak Djokovic Foundation USA | Founded in 2007 by Novak and Jelena Djokovic, the organization transforms the world by investing in early childhood development. They believe in making long-term investments and working side by side with communities they’ve invested in so that schools and programs are sustainable and will help generations to come. |
Joshua Karty | American Cancer Society | The American Cancer Society is the leading cancer-fighting organization with a vision of ending cancer as we know it, for everyone. The organization works to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research and patient support, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat and survive cancer. Karty has loved ones who have passed away from cancer. |
Kamren Kinchens | Charms for Life | Charms for Life is a nonprofit based in Miami Florida where Kinchens grew up. The organization is spearheaded by his grandmother Carol. They have hosted community toy drives, an annual youth football clinic, food distributions, and provided school supplies at Kinchens elementary school, Henry Mack Elementary School. |
Cooper Kupp | Team Rubicon | Founded following the Haiti earthquake in 2010, the organization is a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises. Their vision is to support humanity and build resiliency for vulnerable communities across the world. |
Quentin Lake | Sickle Cell Disease Foundation | Founded in 1957, the Sickle Cell Disease Foundation addresses the needs of individuals with sickle cell disease and their families by emphasizing educational and support programs and services that meet the physical, psychosocial and economic needs of their clients. |
Hunter Long | ALS Association | The ALS Association is the world’s leading ALS organization, made up of volunteers who are living with ALS, loved ones, caregivers, advocates, and dedicated staff. Their goal is to make ALS livable for everyone, everywhere, until there is a cure for it. |
Larrell Murchison | Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation | In honor of his brother, Murchison will support the non-profit organization, compassionately dedicated to raising awareness and educating the general public about the most common form of cancer in men ages 15-44. They provide lifesaving, valuable support for patients, survivors and caregivers. They strive to encourage early detection through the practice of monthly self-exams and to remove the stigma and taboo associated with testicular cancer. |
Colby Parkinson | Children's Hunger Fund | The Children’s Hunger Foundation’s mission is to deliver hope to suffering children by equipping local churches for gospel-centered mercy ministry. |
Troy Reeder | Andrew Mcdonough B+ Foundation | The Andrew McDonough B+ (Be Positive) Foundation honors the life of Andrew McDonough. Andrew battled leukemia, septic shock and complications of childhood cancer for 167 days before passing away on July 14, 2007, at the age of 14. Andrew’s B+ blood type became his family and friends’ motto throughout his fight against childhood cancer – to “Be Positive.” |
Christian Rozeboom | University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital | University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital has been meeting the health care needs of children and families since 1919. Services include pediatric primary care and specialty care for traumatic injuries, chronic diseases, genetic disorders, and developmental disabilities. Rozeboom’s brother had a heart transplant at this hospital 20 years ago. |
Xavier Smith | National Lung Cancer Roundtable | The National Lung Cancer Roundtable’s mission is to create lung cancer survivors and to lower the impact of lung cancer through prevention, early detection, and optimal therapy. Smith will honor his grandmother. |
Omar Speights | Project Fatherhood | Dr. Hershel Swinger created Project Fatherhood at Children’s Institute in 1996 to engage fathers in the care and upbringing of their children. Through support, parenting education and other services, fathers learn to be more loving, responsible parents and active participants in their children’s lives. |
Kobie Turner | Save the Music | One of the leading non-profit music organizations, Save the Music facilitates community-level music programs for schools, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to make music through instruments, technology, and other resources. These programs bridge educational gaps and promote essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and self-esteem. |
Jared Verse | Boys & Girls Club of Metro Los Angeles | Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles (BGCMLA) is a scalable and sustainable solution to reversing the opportunity crises facing some of the most vulnerable youth in marginalized neighborhoods of Los Angeles. BGCMLA is designed to increase programmatic offerings and to serve a more significant number of youth in the areas of Metro Los Angeles. Our mission is to create a safe space that empowers all Club members to Learn, Explore, Achieve, and Dream (L.E.A.D.). |
Alex Ward | ALS Association | The ALS Association is the world’s leading ALS organization, made up of volunteers who are living with ALS, loved ones, caregivers, advocates, and dedicated staff. Byron Young | Susan G. Komen | Susan G. Komen’s mission is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer. |

Chris Beake | Coach Knapp Memorial Fund | Greg Knapp was a highly respected, American professional football coach in the National Football League. While he was bicycling in July 2021 he was hit by a distracted driver and tragically passed away at the age of 58. To honor Knapp’s legacy, The Coach Knapp Memorial Fund was started to educate drivers on the dangers of distracted driving, reduce the number of distracted driving-related deaths, and promote distracted driving awareness reform. Beake and Knapp coached together for the Denver Broncos. |
Aubrey Pleasant | National Ataxia Foundation | The National Ataxia Foundation (NAF) was established to help people with Ataxia and their families. Their mission is to accelerate the development of treatments and a cure while working to improve the lives of those living with Ataxia. |

The Rams worked with Los Angeles-based artist Miguel ‘Miggz’ Montenegro as well as designers Joe Castro and Soles By Sir to customize cleats for select players and coaches who elected to participate in the campaign.
Following Week 13 and 14 games, players can choose to donate their cleats by auctioning them on NFL Auction. 100% of the funds raised will be donated by the NFL Foundation to each player's selected charity. Fans may bid on these cleats throughout the season here.
This year for the first time, the NFL has also partnered with Rayze, a mobile first platform, founded by seven-year NFL Legend, Carl Nassib. Rayze provides a platform to power nonprofit fundraising, corporate giving, and individual activism. Through My Cause My Cleats, Rayze allows NFL players, coaches and staff to raise awareness and critical funds to the causes they care about most. By downloading the Rayze App, My Cause My Cleats participants receive their own custom 'Champion' donation links and QR codes to share across social media platforms encouraging fans to support their causes.
