Make-A-Wish®Tri-Counties has teamed up with the Los Angeles Rams for a special charity event "Rams Night for Wishes" at North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, CA on October 8, 2018. The charity event aims to raise funds to fulfill the wishes of local children and will be hosted by Rams Pro Bowl Tackle and Captain Andrew Whitworth and the philanthropist Andrew Firestone as Master of Ceremonies.
Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. The positive experience a granted wish provides can make all the difference in a child's course of treatment. Wishes are good medicine for the soul.
"I am honored to support Make-A-Wish and the critical work they do," says Rams Offensive Tackle Andrew Whitworth. "There is nothing more important than helping these brave kids as they battle their illnesses."
Guests will have an exclusive opportunity to meet some of their favorite Rams players, the Rams Cheerleaders, and mascot "Rampage" while spurring them on in a unique Players' Challenge. Through tips from autographs and photographs, players will compete to raise the most money in support of Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties to help make Wishes come true for children and families in need. This evening under the stars also will include a cocktail reception, dinner, live auction and entertainment.
