Though he was questionable coming into Thursday, cornerback Marcus Peters is active for tonight's game against the Vikings.
NFL Network's Steve Wyche reported that Peters may or may not start and could be available in case of emergency. But after testing his injured calf before the game, Peters told coaches he wanted to play.
With Aqib Talib also placed on injured reserve earlier this week, Sam Shields, Troy Hill, and Nickell Robey-Coleman are expected to see a heavy amount of snaps against the Vikings.

Outside linebacker Dominique Easley — listed as questionable with a knee injury — will not play in tonight's game. Matt Longacre will start in his place. Rookie outside linebacker Trevon Young is active for the first time.
On the other side, running back Dalvin Cook will play for Minnesota after missing Sunday's game against the Bills with a hamstring injury. Starting left tackle Riley Reiff is also active, despite missing a couple practices this week with a foot injury.
