ATLANTA — In advance of Super Bowl LIII, quarterback Jared Goff has received the Courtyard Unstoppable Performance of the Year award.
Per the NFL release, the honor is given to the player who demonstrates the best performance in a game during the regular season. NFL media analysts chose Goff's performance against the Vikings in Week 4 as the best of the season.
Goff finished that 38-31 victory on Thursday Night Football with 465 yards passing with five touchdowns — both career highs. He also had a perfect passer rating of 158.3.
Goff was a Pro Bowler for the second straight season after racking up 4,688 yards passing with 32 touchdowns and 11 interceptions — good for a 101.1 passer rating.
