Do I need to do anything to qualify to participate in the Ticket Turnover Program?
Yes, the following criteria must be met in order to participate in the Ticket Turnover Program:
- Season Ticket Members must attend at least one (1) game in the season prior, or be a first year Season Ticket Member
- Must be compliant on all season ticket and SSL payments
- The game tickets you want to sell back must be paid in full. If you are on a monthly payment plan and would like to sell back a game that is later in the season, you must pay the amount necessary to catch up to that game or simply pay your season ticket balance in full. Tickets are paid for in order of game date, beginning with preseason. You cannot choose to pay off specific games.
- The game tickets you want to sell back must not be managed. If a ticket has been transferred, resold or donated it cannot be sold back in this program.
- The Rams reserve the right to review additional account details and activity to determine eligibility to participate in Member programs.
Can I sell back a game that is either partially unpaid or completely unpaid?
No, only regular season tickets that are paid in full are able to be sold back.
Can I exchange my tickets for other games and sell those tickets back?
No, you cannot exchange your tickets for other games.
Are there any limitations on which tickets I can sell back?
Only original Season Tickets that have not been managed can be returned. If a ticket has been transferred, resold or donated it cannot be sold back in this program.
Do I need to be a UNIFY Financial Credit Union Member to participate?
No, you do not need to be a UNIFY Financial Union Member to participate in the Ticket Turnover Program. Members who attended at least one game during the 2024 season, or are first year Season Ticket Members, and are compliant on season ticket and SSL payments are able to participate. The Rams reserve the right to review additional account details and activity to determine eligibility to participate in Member programs.

Members will be able to begin selling tickets back once the 2025 schedule is released. More information, including the deadline to sell back tickets, will be available at a later date.

Members will be able to begin selling tickets back once the 2025 schedule is released. More information, including the deadline to sell back tickets, will be available at a later date.
When will I see the credit for any tickets I sell back?
Credit for tickets that are sold back will go towards the renewal of the following year's season tickets and will be automatically reflected on that year's invoice. For example, Members selling tickets back for the 2025 Season will receive a credit on their 2026 Season Ticket invoice.

How many games can I sell tickets back for?
This benefit allows Members to sell back up to a maximum of three (3) regular season games. If there are more games in the season that you cannot attend, we encourage you to explore transferring, selling or donating your tickets.
Which games are eligible to sell back? Can I sell back my entire season package?
Members can only sell back tickets for regular season games. Members can only sell back tickets for a maximum of three (3) regular season games and no more than four (4) tickets per game.
Can I sell back my preseason game tickets?
This benefit is for regular season games only.
I have tickets for a game I’d like to keep and some I’d like to sell back. Can I do that?
Yes, however you cannot sell a single seat. For example, if you have four (4) tickets, you can keep two (2) tickets and sell back two (2) tickets to a specific game.
Is there a maximum number of tickets I can sell back per game?
You can sell back up to four (4) tickets per game (three games maximum).
Can I sell back a single seat?
No, single seats cannot be sold back. The exception is Members who own one (1) Season Ticket.
Can I sell back parking passes with my tickets?
No, the Ticket Turnover program only allows Members to sell back individual game tickets from their Season Ticket package for regular season games.
If I sell three (3) games back, do those games count toward attendance-based benefits?
No, to qualify for attendance-based benefits, Members must attend the specified number of games as indicated for that benefit.
Ticket Credit
What is the value of the tickets I am giving back? How do I know how much my credit will be towards my Season Tickets?
You will receive a credit amount that is equal to the price you paid for the tickets, which is at the Season Ticket Member rate which will vary by game. You can view the individual game prices in your Rams Account Manager after the schedule is released.
After I sell tickets back how can I see this value of money reflected on my account?
Ticket credits will be available to view on your 2026 Season Ticket invoice.
What happens to my ticket credit if I transfer or sell my SSL on the Marketplace?
Ticket credit from the Ticket Turnover program cannot be transferred to other Members. If you no longer own Season Tickets due to a transfer or sale, you will not have access to any ticket credit from the Ticket Turnover program.
