Joe Noteboom was selected by the Rams in the third round (89th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft (4/27/18) and re-signed with the Rams on March 17, 2022.
College: Noteboom received Honorable Mention All-Big 12 recognition as a senior in 2017 after starting all 14 games at left tackle at TCU. He wrapped up his collegiate career with 40 consecutive starts over his final three seasons. He became a four-time Academic All-Big 12 honoree with First-Team recognition and was selected to play in the Reese's Senior Bowl before being invited to participate in the NFL Combine. As a junior in 2016, he started all 13 games at left tackle and was a Second-Team Academic All-Big 12 selection for the second consecutive year. He started all 13 games for the Horned Frogs as a sophomore in 2015 and was part of an offensive line that catapulted TCU to produce a 1,000-yard rusher and 1,000-yard receiver in the same season for the second time in program history. Noteboom played in all 13 games as a redshirt freshman in 2014 and was named First-Team Academic All-Big 12. He redshirted in his first season at TCU in 2013.
Personal: Attended Plano High School where he was a FirstTeam District 10-5A selection as a senior and was named to the Associated Press Class 5A honorable mention all-state. He was ranked as the no. 12 offensvie tackle in the state of Texas and no.99 nationally. He chose to attend TCU over Texas Tech, Iowa State, Wake Forest and Purdue.
