Nicole Blake enters her third season with the Rams and second as a scouting strategy analyst after spending 2021 as a scouting strategy consultant.

Prior to joining the Rams in 2021, Blake was apart of the NFL's rotational program for two seasons in New York. She focused on broadcasting, digital content strategy, consumer products (gaming & retail), and business strategy & operations.

Blake graduated from Duke University with a degree in visual and media studies and received her MBA at Stanford in 2022.
