JW Jordan is in his 12th year with the Rams and fifth as the director of draft management after serving as a scouting consultant. Jordan originally joined the Rams in St. Louis as player personnel coordinator in 2012 and served two years as director of player evaluations, research and analysis.
From 2002–2011, Jordan worked in the player personnel department of the Indianapolis Colts, where he was a member of the 2006 Super Bowl and 2009 AFC Championship teams. During this time, he gained experience in all aspects of player personnel, including college scouting, pro scouting, the salary cap and dayto-day operations.
A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., Jordan attended the University of Notre Dame from 1997-2001 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Jordan played football for the Fighting Irish and earned two letters as an offensive center and guard. He met his wife Megan during his tenure with the Colts while she served as a cheerleader for the club from 2005-07.
They and their son, John, and daughter, Ruby, reside in Weston, FL.
