Jason Griffiths enters his seventh season with the Los Angeles Rams serving as the organization's Vice President of Partnership Sales.
In his current role, he is responsible for managing the current Rams partners as well as overseeing the origination of new partnerships at SoFi Stadium.
Prior to joining the Rams organization, Griffiths served as Director of Enterprise Sales for Box, an enterprise cloud content management company. During his three-year tenure, Griffiths helped build Box's North East presence from a small team of thirty members to over one hundred and fifty. During this time, the North East region became one of the most successful sales regions in the US.
Before his time with Box, Griffiths worked for Rackspace from 2009 through 2015, starting as an Account Manager and working his way up to a Senior Sales Executive. His roles included developing and executing all sales and account management strategies for a portfolio of Fortune 1000 accounts, building successful sales teams and helping Rackspace expand their sales presence in New York City.
Griffiths co-founded Cortech Group in 2005, a fast moving consumer goods company. As co-founder, Griffiths helped create a business plan, raised equity and serviced multi-billion dollar international retailers.
Griffiths earned a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College in 2004 and went on to earn a masters from Stanford University in 2005. Griffiths lives in Sherman Oaks with his wife Courtney and their son, Rhys and daughter, Louisa.
