Brian Hill is entering his 11th season with the Rams and ninth as an area scout. He is responsible for the Midwest region of the U.S. after spending two years as the west coast area scout for the Rams organization.
Hill joined the Rams as a scouting assistant in 2013 and held that role through the 2015 Draft.
Hill originally entered the league in 2009 as an intern with the Cleveland Browns video department and went on to serve in several capacities for the Browns before joining the Kansas City Chiefs as a player development intern.
Hill also spent the 2012 season as an intern in the Tennessee Titans personnel department.
At the collegiate level, Brian coached football at Baldwin-Wallace College as a student and graduated in 2011 with a degree in sports management.
Hill is a native of Ashland, Ohio and graduated from Ashland High School. He resides in Avon Lake, Ohio with his wife, Chelsea.
