John Streicher enters his first season with the Los Angeles Rams as a game management assistant.
He joins the Rams coaching staff after spending six seasons with the Tennesse Titans and serving in various roles from 2018-23. Last year, he was the team's director of football administration. From 2020-22, Streicher served as the football development coordinator after working as the assistant to the head coach from 2018-19.
Working closely with Titans Head Coach Mike Vrabel, Streicher helped the Titans finish with four winning seasons and earn three postseason appearances. In 2022, Vrabel finished the season ranked third in Titans/Oilers history with 50 career wins, including postseason, for head coaches.
In 2021, Streicher was part of a coaching staff that earned its third consecutive playoff appearance. That season, the Titans won their second consecutive AFC South title and claimed the AFC's top playoff seed with a 12-5 regular season record. The team finished with an 11-5 record the year prior in 2020 and won their first division title since 2008.
Before his stint in Tennessee, Streicher spent two years at Texas State as their director of football operations from 2016-17. There he managed day-to-day operations for the program and oversaw recruiting.
From 2014-15, he spent time on James Madison's football staff. He was the special assistant to the head coach in 2014 before being promoted to the director of football operations and player personnel in 2015.
Prior to James Madison, Streicher spent six seasons on the football staff at his alma mater, Ohio State University. He served four years as the equipment manager and then two seasons as a student assistant with the defensive staff.
He is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio.
