Further, by Posting Your Content on a Rams Page, you grant the Rams as well as NFL a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable worldwide license in any and all media (now known or hereafter devised) to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, edit, amend, modify and create derivative works based upon Your Content for any purpose, including advertising and promotion, without notice, attribution or payment. You also waive any moral rights associated with Your Content as well as any other intellectual property rights in Your Content. You certify that you are the original author, creator, or owner of Your Content, and that you have the right to Post it. You also certify that you have acquired and hereby grant to the Rams as well as the NFL all necessary rights for the Rams as well as the NFL to depicted anyone who appears in Your Content, and that the Rams as well as the NFL's use of Your Content in accordance with this license will not violate or infringe upon anyone else's rights.
User Content does not necessarily reflect the opinions or ideals of the Rams or the entities and/or individuals that operate the Rams Pages, and the Rams do not endorse any opinions expressed by fans on the Rams Pages. The Rams do not represent or warrant the accuracy of any statement or product claims made on the Rams Pages and is not responsible for any User Content on the Rams Pages.
