Jose has been a Season Ticket Member since the team returned home to LA but has been a Rams fan since he was a kid, following in the footsteps of his family members. How long have you been a Rams STM?
I've been a Rams STM since they came back home to LA. It was a wish that came true that I was really hoping for ever since they left. Thanks to Mr. Kroenke for bringing the Rams back home.
Share your story on how you became a Rams Fan.
It was at a family party when I was little kid; everyone was watching the Rams play and one of my eight uncles turned to me and said, "In this family we're Rams fans!" and I was hooked. Immediately I felt a sense of pride and connection with my family and I can say that's when the love of football began, surrounded by family and friends, all of us cheering for one team....the Rams.
What is your favorite Rams memory?
My favorite Rams memory has to be my first game I attended when the Rams returned to LA. I had never had the opportunity to attend a game when I was younger and finally I was able to see my Rams play in person. It was the most incredible day and I was happy to share it with all of the Ramily in attendance. You could feel the excitement and pride that everyone shared to see our Rams back where they belong.
What does being a Rams fan mean to you?
Being a Rams fan means to me being part of a huge family because no matter where I go, wearing my Rams gear brings out fellow fans who are just as excited as I am to cheer and support our team. I traveled to England and felt the warmth of community all across an entire ocean. I'm looking forward to continuing this legacy with my grandkids and bringing up a new generation of Rams fans along with my wife who supports my love of the Rams, who is right alongside me at every game. To me being a Rams fan means love, family, community and passion for the game.
Who is your favorite Rams player past or present? Why?
My favorite Rams player is Eric Dickerson because to me he's one of the greatest Running Backs in NFL history. He's a Hall of Famer that brought respect and a sense of awe while with the Rams and throughout his career. I had the amazing honor and pleasure to meet him in person and I was proud to know that Eric Dickerson considers himself a Rams for life. His passion for football is what made him a tremendous player and has earned him the respect of his peers and football fans around the world. To me he is and will always be a Rams great.
