The Rams announced on Tuesday that they have waived kicker Sam Ficken.

Ficken appeared in two games for the Rams in 2018, replacing injured starting kicker Greg Zuerlein.

The Rams tried out a number of players on Tuesday's day off, including kicker Cairo Santos.

On Monday, head coach Sean McVay said that there was a chance Zuerlein could return for Week 5 against the Seahawks. Zuerlein is nursing a groin injury from Week 2.

Additionally, OLB Dominique Easley has been moved to the injured reserve list. Easley re-injured his left knee against the Chargers in Week 3 and had surgery on Monday morning.
