The Rams added another wide receiver to their active roster on Friday. The team signed former Baylor wideout K.D. Cannon ahead of their sixth day of training camp. Cannon joins wideouts C.J. Germany and Justin Thomas as the third wide receiver signed in the last two days.
Cannon was waived by the New York Jets on July 28th after parting ways with the San Fransisco 49ers in June. During his time at Baylor, the receiver set six freshman records and ended his career as the third-leading all-time pass catcher in school history. In his last season with the Bears, Cannon recorded 87 receptions for 13 touchdowns and 1,215 yards.
