The Rams will welcome the Philadelphia Eagles to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Sunday for a matchup between two of the NFC's hottest teams.

"Not sure anyone can stop the Rams' offense right now. Even on a day when that side of the ball didn't play particularly well, Los Angeles still manufactured 300-plus yards despite tapping the brakes in the fourth quarter. More importantly, the offense might not have to provide much more than that, given the way Wade Phillips' D is competing. L.A.'s allowing a hair over 18 points per game, and even produced a touchdown of its own against Arizona. Todd Gurley won't receive many MVP votes, but he compiled another 158 scrimmage yards. He isn't being overused in the run game, which means he should be fresh for the playoffs. That equates to clock-eating drives, which equates to saving Robert Quinn, Aaron Donald and everyone else's legs on Phillips' unit."

"It hasn't been a great year for rookie wide receivers, but Cooper Kupp has certainly stood out. Kupp has been Jared Goff's top target, and leads all rookie receivers with 51 receptions and 665 receiving yards."

"Defensive tackle Aaron Donald could be the best player in football regardless of position. He had two sacks Sunday, and most weeks he's practically unblockable. He was even a revelation to new defensive coordinator Wade Phillips, who was asked which player surprised him most (via Alden Gonzalez of ESPN): "Aaron Donald. Because he's better than everybody, and I didn't know he was better than everybody. I thought he was good, but I didn't know he was better than everybody."

"Sean McVay had better get plenty of NFL coach of the year votes. The Rams haven't faded away and get two more games against the NFC's elite, the Eagles and then the Seahawks, up next on the schedule."
