WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – Despite sustaining a knee injury last week against the Vikings, Rams safety Kam Curl "should be okay," according to head coach Sean McVay, as Los Angeles prepares for Sunday's Week 9 game against the Seahawks at Lumen Field in Seattle (1:25 p.m. PT Sunday, FOX).
Curl sustained the injury – which McVay on Monday specified as a bone bruise – early in the first quarter of last Thursday's game against Minnesota. He was initially deemed questionable to return before later returning to the field.
"Kam Curl's making really good progress," McVay said. "Got a little bit of a bone bruise on that knee, should be okay though."
Meanwhile, nose tackle Neville Gallimore sustained a stinger to his neck against the Vikings. Gallimore was scheduled to see a specialist today that should provide more clarity on his status for this week, per McVay, but "his status could be in doubt based on what we hear from the doctors today."
