The Los Angeles Rams are committed to celebrating the LGBQT+ community year-round. This year, the team kicked off their Pride Month efforts in May.
Los Angeles Rams community partner, Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), launched a social media campaign of short videos from influential leaders in our community and beyond, featuring the Rams Cheerleaders who shared motivational and encouraging messages. The videos featured affirmations and support for their LGBTQ+ students, staff and families.
Los Angeles Rams senior manager of digital operations and chair of the Rams Pride Employee Resource Community (ERC), Ana Hoosier, is hopeful the videos inspired students. "I hope it was impactful for students to see Rams cheerleaders telling them that we support them, we're proud of them, and that they're not alone," Hoosier said.

The Rams continued their celebrations at LA Pride on June 8, where they teamed up with neighboring Los Angeles sports teams to create a sports hub activation space. Rams' cheerleaders and mascot Rampage joined the event organized by Christopher Street West (CSW), LA's original 501(c)3 Pride nonprofit established in 1970.
Guests enjoyed activities, glow-ups, giveaways, music and the Rams' Ramp'd Up gameday activation. On June 9, along with the Dodgers and Lakers, Rams staff members, cheerleaders and Rampage also walked in the LA Pride Parade down Hollywood Blvd. in support of communities throughout LA.
"They would light up as soon as they saw our mascot Rampage or our Rams Cheerleaders. To see your favorite team celebrating who you are must be a really satisfying feeling," Hoosier said.
The happiest place on earth was up next for the Rams Pride Month celebrations. The organization's Pride ERC attended Pride Nite at Disneyland which was held at the park after hours and celebrated the diversity that makes each of us unique. Rams employees had a blast showing their pride!
The Los Angeles Rams support the Los Angeles community and are grateful to use their platform to inspire everyone to be their authentic selves.
"Through our sponsorship of OutLoud Sports' flag football league all year, our engagements with LGBTQ+ nonprofit organizations, and our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Community, we make sure we're impacting the queer community throughout the year, not just in June," said Hoosier.
