ATLANTA — The Rams and Patriots will have all their expected players on the field for Super Bowl LIII, as there were no real surprises on their inactives lists for the final game of the year.
While kicker Greg Zuerlein has been dealing with a left foot injury since halftime of the NFC title game, he's active as expected. Head coach Sean McVay said during the week that Zuerlein looked good when kicking at practice.
Safety Blake Countess also is active for Sunday's game, as expected. He was a full participant in Friday's session and should have his usual role as a heavy contributor on special teams.
Outside linebacker Matt Longacre — who was inactive for a few games during the season — will suit up for L.A. in Super Bowl LIII. Longacre, however, figures to play a much heavier role on special teams than on defense, where outside linebacker Dante Fowler has been the clear starter for some time.
Below are the full lists of inactives for both teams. Kickoff of Super Bowl LIII scheduled for 6:30 on CBS.
