Rams outside linebacker Jared Verse, defensive end Braden Fiske and wide receiver/kick returner Jordan Whittington were selected to Pro Football Writers of America (PFWA) All-Rookie Team. They were selected in the first, second and sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft, respectively.
The Rams led the NFL in All-Rookie selections with three.
Verse also won PFWA Defensive Rookie of the Year after generating 76 pressures, ranking fourth in the NFL according to Pro Football Focus, and 4.5 sacks in the regular season. He also had 66 tackles, two forced fumbles and recoveries, 11 tackles for loss and 18 quarterback hits.
Fiske led the team and all rookies in sacks with 8.5, collecting 51 pressures (third among rookies and first among rookie interior rushers). He also finished the season with 44 tackles, two forced fumbles and recoveries, 10 tackles for loss and 10 quarterback hits.
Verse won the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month award for September, while Fiske won the honor for November.
Whittington, who was named to the All-Rookie team for special teams, accumulated 453 return yards in the 2024 season, ranking 13th in the NFL and first among rookies. He averaged 28.3 yards per return.
