Each weekday, theRams.com will be taking a look around the internet for the top Rams headlines of the day. Here's a look at what's out there for Tuesday August 28th about your Los Angeles Rams:
PROJECTED ROSTER
Head coach Sean McVay and general manager Les Snead have a few decisions to make ahead of Saturday's 53-man roster submission deadline. On Monday, McVay said that he "feels good" about many of his roster spots as his team prepares for its final preseason game this Thursday in New Orleans.
On Tuesday, ESPN's Rams beat reporter Lindsey Thiry put in her prediction for McVay's 53-man roster. Thiry predicted a few of the rookies who have shown ability in the preseason so far to make the team, including RB John Kelly and OL Joseph Noteboom. Her roster also included DT Aaron Donald.

PETERS WILL RISE IN RANKS
On Monday, ESPN released its ‘2018 NFL Rank’ of the league's best 100 players. Five Rams made the list, including corner Marcus Peters. Peters is ranked No. 48 on the latest edition of ESPN's annual rankings, but ESPN's Mike Sando believes Peters will be ranked higher in 2019.
Here's why:
Setting aside J.J. Watt, who obviously will be in the top 25 if healthy, Peters stands out as an elite talent with early career production that has put him on a Hall of Fame-type pace. He can take off in Wade Phillips' defense.
