Frequently Asked Questions

General Camp Information

Are the Rams Performance Camps right for my child?

The Rams Performance Football Camp is tailored for children of all different skill levels. Each camp will be led by former NFL and collegiate athletes teaching basic football concepts, advanced positional skill development and football education. The camp curriculum will promote character development by encouraging a competitive mindset, while highlighting transferable life skills gained through playing football and how those skills translate to great habits in the classroom.

The Performance Cheerleader Camp will be led by the Los Rams Cheerleaders, covering sideline choreography and fundamental dance techniques. The camp focuses on building up self-esteem and confidence for participants from different experience backgrounds. Whether campers are seasoned performers or just starting out, our goal is to equip you with the tools to shine not only on the stage but also in the classroom and beyond. Each camp will help empower participants to become a leader both on and off the field.

What if my child has never played football or cheered?

That's ok! Our coaching staff is equipped with tools to teach your child the basic elements of football, while also challenging those children with more playing experience. Our goal is to ensure that each participant grows in knowledge and love of the game in a safe and fun environment.

If your child has never danced before, we are excited to welcome them to camp. Boys and girls will learn fundamental dance techniques and cheer motions. Throughout the camp, all participants will learn basic sideline choreography and star-studded stage presence, focusing on building self-esteem to prepare for center stage performances. Our goal is to ensure all participants walk away with valuable skills that they can apply while performing on the field or in the classroom.

Are performance camps co-ed?

Yes, both camp formats are co-ed.
