How I got my start: I was looking for an opportunity to challenge and push me outside of my comfort zone, so I applied to the Rams. After a trip to LA to meet the team and a four hour drive to meet our department head, I was offered the job two days later. MLK said it best, you don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step! Everything else will take care of itself.
Ray Agnew
Title: Director of Pro Personnel

How I got my start: I was blessed with the opportunity to join the Rams front office after retiring from playing in August 2001. I was hired the next day as the team Chaplin and also worked in player development. I later moved into the personnel department in 2004 and have had a chance to grow in the department. Romans 8:31b "If God be for us, who can be against us."
Janelle Alfano

How I got my start: My advisor suggested a baseball internship to fulfill my graduation requirements and I loved the feeling you get working on gameday. I moved on to work in baseball full time after for the Yankees AA team for 7 seasons in ticketing and customer service. Then 2 years ago I came to the Rams!

How I got my start: I started as a volunteer Assistant Defensive Backs Coach at Ohio State. I memorized the coffee orders of each full-time coach and would refill their cups during staff meetings. Don't wait for permission to lead, create separation through practice execution.

How I got my start: I interned with Nike during the summer of 2015 at their world headquarters in Oregon. From there I worked for two different advertising agencies, working for clients like Beats by Dre and Bristol Motor Speedways.
Hannah Cameron

How I got my start: After graduating, I moved to Indianapolis where I worked for a AAA Baseball team. After 9 months of baseball and another 5 months of selling for the Colts, NCAA Volleyball and NCAA March Madness, I reached out and soon enough was interviewing in Los Angeles.
Byron Cunningham

How I got my start: When I got accepted into the physical therapy program at Florida A&M, one of my professors specialized in sports physical therapy. I knew my heart wanted to work in sports, so he suggested after graduation I get a Master's degree and become a certified athletic trainer. I did an internship with Auburn University's football team.
Daiveun Curry-Chapman

How I got my start: I signed a contract to play WR for the Cardinals in 2011. After hanging up the cleats I knew I wanted to stay in sports and happened to stumble upon an opportunity to join the Angels Baseball as an Inside Sales Executive.

How I got my start: Prior to the Rams, I spent time working for the Green Bay Packers and the University of Notre Dame. As a native Angeleno, it's a blessing to serve a community that helped raise me! In the words of Jackie Robinson, "A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives."

How I got my start: Prior to the Rams, my background was in the entertainment industry working with dancers. While I loved my job, I needed more and that's when I took a chance and applied for the Rams. I challenge the next generation to follow your gut and invest in themselves. I am so happy I decided to.

How I got my start: After completing my Master's in Sports Management, I took a trainee position with Octagon Sports & Entertainment working on the BMW Motorsports account. As I was coming to an end in my graduate program, I decided I wanted to make a move into the NFL. I applied for an internship that transitioned into a full-time role.
Tyrel Kirkham

How I got my start: I was afforded the opportunity to intern for the New York Mets during the summer of 2004. My best in class stapling, filing, shredding, and copying skills led to a full time job with the Mets in their group sales department. After a few seasons in sales, I transitioned to merchandising, which combined my love and passion for fashion, licensing, and brand building.

How I got my start: While finishing my MS in Sports Management my senior year, I volunteered for the athletic department at the University of Tennessee.
Danielle Michael

How I got my start: I sent my resume to a few recruiters and was blessed to get an interview with the Rams. I was one of the last people to interview and they already had a top candidate, but I was blessed to get the position. I've loved the game of football since I was five years old, so being able to work for the NFL and such a great organization like the Rams is awesome. I am living the dream and helping make a difference while doing it!
Terry Roy

How I got my start: Once I completed my Master's, I searched for internship opportunities in sports. The Cowboys had an opportunity in the sales marketing department. I happened to have a former coach on the staff that helped me get an interview.
Reggie Scott

How I got my start: I received a Professional Football Athletic Trainers Society minority scholarship in 2001 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a summer intern during training camp. The next year I got offered a seasonal position with the Buccaneers which jumpstarted my career in the NFL as an athletic trainer.

How I got my start: After finishing undergrad as a student-athlete, I knew I wanted to stay involved in sports. A former professor encouraged me to pursue a Master's degree. While completing my postbac, I performed internships in a variety of departments/organizations in the industry which lead to a full-time opportunity.

How I got my start: I left a full-time public relations job at 27 years old to become a communications intern for the newly-formed Houston Texans in 2001. My parents thought I was crazy, but I believed working in the NFL was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I'm entering my 20th season and I'm glad I took that leap of faith to chase a dream job.

How I got my start: I interned at the National Football League when finishing my undergrad at USC. After my internship, I was hired full time as a Digital Strategy & Analytics Coordinator for the NFL, doing digital consulting and analytics for the 32 teams. I found a passion in both sports and analytics and wanted to better my skill set, so I went to a consulting firm where I conducted research studies for sports and entertainment brands until I found the opportunity here at the Rams.

How I got my start: Once I retired I took on coaching for 15 yrs, then decided I wanted the challenge of building a team from within, after several interns & interviews with different NFL teams the Rams gave me a chance and I havent looked back since. "Outwork Everyone" And I did!!
