WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – The Rams on Monday signed wide receiver/punt returner Britain Coveyto a one-year deal.
Covey, 28, most recently played for the Eagles, primarily as a punt returner. In that role, he had 68 for 771 yards across 38 games in three seasons. His 417 punt return yards in 2023 led the NFL that year. A shoulder and a neck injury limited him to five games played last season.
He also returned 11 kickoffs for 236 yards while with Philadelphia.
Covey originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent signee by the Eagles out of the University of Utah in 2022.
